Originally built in 1912, the Montague Building has remained an iconic landmark in downtown Raleigh. Today, this historic building is home to restaurants, businesses, and creative thinkers. The Suites are surrounded by dozens of eateries, shops, and museums. In addition, they are conveniently located near three public parking decks and the newly renovated bus station.
The Montague Suites are located on the top level with floor to ceiling windows and hard wood floors overlooking Moore Square. This unique 6,000 square foot office space consists of 15 well-appointed private offices along with cozy and welcoming common areas. There is a refreshment lounge for all to enjoy. The space was carefully crafted by a local Raleigh artist to create a sense of collaboration, innovation and inspiration.
