Refrigerator, utensils, dishware, glassware (16), barware, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and Keurig coffee maker with pods.
Are suites furnished or unfurnished?
The choice is up to you! We offer both options. Our fully furnished option includes a desk, chair and bookshelf as desired.
What am I allowed to hang on the walls?
We are happy to have you hang your art, degrees, or whatever you would like to make the suite your own.
Are pets allowed?
No.
What are the Montague Suites hours of operation?
Members on the lease have access to the 6,000 sq. ft. space 24/7.
What leasing terms are available?
We offer 6 and 12 month leases.
How many office suites are available?
We have twelve private office suites ranging from 111 sq. ft. to 226 sq. ft. Offices can accommodate 1-6 people.
Am I able to rent more than one office suite?
Absolutely.

All guests must be accompanied by a member.
